How does this product work?
The Thaw Store™ Express defrost tray is made from a special alloy which has a thermal conductivity of 20,000 time that of ordinary metals, achieving a high speed heat exchange rapidly drawing the cold from the food items resulting in the fastest natural thawing process.

Is this product safe to use?
Yes, this product is safe for use, consisting of food safe aluminum material, using not chemicals, electricity or hot water
Will it work if my food is still in the plastic bag?
Yes, our tray will still defrost your food through the plastic bagging.
Is there free shipping worldwide on all orders?
Yes, all of our products include FREE shipping everywhere in the world.
How long does it take for order processing?
Processing times can usually be between 1-2 days after placing the order before shipping out. We do our best to ensure this is process is fulfilled is as quick as possible. We also do not ship on Saturday or Sunday
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers should be sent to you automatically via our system email. If you have not received one or the number does not work, please just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to process, ship and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please allow between 15-60 days depending on which country the product is being shipped to, especially in this current world climate. However majority of packages can even arrive prior to that. We allow this amount of days to cater for the current COVID-19 outbreak which may delay services. We are currently working hard on reducing this time frame.
What happens of I receive a faulty item?
Due to the design and material of The Thaw Store™ Express defrost tray it is difficult for the item to be faulty, even if bent.
Occasionally during shipping there may be some damage.
